My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were quite dirty, with stained pillows and no breakfast as advertised. Having to walk out in the cold to heat the room was inconvenient, and the front desk staff seemed bothered when I asked for assistance. On the bright side, the room had a fridge and a nice TV. After a bit of a hassle, they finally moved us to another room. Overall, a mixed experience.
